Recommended Reading

When Jenny arrives at a yoga workshop or yoga therapy training, she's usually bringing with her many boxes filled with props, skeletons/bones, various body parts, papers, diagrams and books... many well-loved, well-read, dog-eared books. To further demonstrate a point to her students, she's quick to flip through one of her books to point out an illustration. As she almost worshipfully proclaims, she is "an anatomy geek." And it shows.

Below are some of the resources that Jenny frequently refers to in her own practice and while teaching. If you've ever been to one of her classes or workshops, you know that Jenny's book recommendations are great because they are generally full of clear and concise reference information. Enjoy!

I just want to thank you for the wonderful reading list you have on your website, I have found several extremely helpful references there, Mary Bond's book in particular. I hope to come to your classes at some point, but in the meanwhile just wanted to express my gratitude!
